Job Description:

EY is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant in PM Solutions with expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy creating dashboards, automating workflows, and working directly with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. You will work in a dynamic environment where your insights and skills help improve project management reporting and analytics across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Build automated workflows using Power Automate and custom apps using PowerApps.
• Configure and manage JIRA and Azure DevOps (ADO) boards, workflows, and integrations.
• Set up and maintain Project Online configurations to support project tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, optimize performance, and maintain user-friendly design across all deliverables.
• Provide support and training to end-users on Power Platform tools and dashboards.

Key Technical Skills:

Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, Tableau, JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), Project Online, DAX, Power Query, SQL, SharePoint

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate).
• Strong experience in Tableau dashboard development and data visualization.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Azure DevOps configuration and customization.
• Experience in Project Online configuration and administration.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for direct stakeholder interactions.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with SQL and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
